Who is Eligible to Attend?
Aboriginal leaders of the Okanagan (Chiefs and or Band Council Members, Métis Community Leaders, Executive Directors – Friendship Societies, and Decision Makers of the Okanagan Aboriginal community)

Okanagan Aboriginal AIDS Society (OAAS) has made accommodation and meal arrangements for the delegates from the Okanagan Area

Rooms have been made available for individuals at Silver Star Club Resort. To insure accommodations applicants must submit their completed accommodation forms to OAAS by 5:00 pm Friday, September 20th, 2002
OAAS will pay for the accommodations at the Silver Star Club Resort for all delegats to the conference.
All conference participants will be provided with breakfast and lunch, dinner and snacks.
OAAS will reimburse the costs of travel for registered participants to and from the conference at a rate of .43 cents/KM. To be eligible for the reimbursement a completed travel form must be submitted by fax, email or by mailing to OAAS before October 28th, 2002.
